Buyer Cancellations

• Buyers can request cancellation before the seller marks the order as shipped.
• After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible and the Return Policy applies.

Seller Cancellations

• Sellers may cancel only if the item is unavailable or cannot be shipped for justified reasons.
• In these cases, the buyer receives a full refund.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage contacting support first. Most issues can be resolved faster through standard cancellation or refund handling than through payment disputes.
